The Orrville Area United Way has three levels of awards that are given to companies, based on employee participation in the campaign:
Gold Award – given to those companies with at least $30 per capita (FTE) giving.
Silver Award – given to those companies with at least $16 per capita (FTE) giving.
Bronze Award – given to those companies with at least $12 per capita (FTE) giving.
