MOCA House Recovery Program
ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) represents those that live above the Federal Poverty Level but struggle to afford basic expenses. We invest in programs that help ALICE households gain financial stability so they don't have to make impossible decisions. As a CommUNITY, we all benefit when our neighbors and coworkers can afford basic essentials like housing, childcare, education, food, transportation, healthcare, and technology.
